Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Escape Rush mobile game handles information. Escape Rush is developed by TexnoMag. No Escape Rush account or sign-in is required to play.
Game progress on your device
The game stores mission progress, settings, language, coins, items, upgrades, reward timing, advertising limits and purchase entitlements in its local app storage. Purchase references are hashed locally to help prevent duplicate rewards. The current game does not operate a developer-hosted account, cloud-save service or gameplay analytics server. Diagnostic game events are written to local application logs.
Device or store services may separately back up app data according to your device settings. We cannot remotely access or restore your local game save.
Advertising and privacy choices
Escape Rush integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. When these services run, Google may process your IP address (including approximate location), advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions and technical diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Consent choices are processed where required. The game requests ads only when the consent service permits it.
Use Settings → Privacy options to revisit ad choices where available. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. Rewarded ads are optional. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's ad controls. Testing versions can use test ads; this does not mean the advertising SDK makes no network requests.
Purchases
Where enabled, purchases are processed by Google Play through Unity In-App Purchasing. The game uses product identifiers, purchase status and transaction receipts to validate and deliver purchases, restore eligible entitlements and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not receive your payment-card details.
Unity IAP services can process installation or player identifiers, device and session information, country and transaction information, depending on the features in use. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Features unavailable in your version do not create a purchase merely because a shop button is shown.
When you contact us
If you email the developer, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and handle applicable privacy or purchase enquiries. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Why information is used and shared
Information is used to operate the game, fulfil purchases, provide support, respect privacy choices, deliver advertising and protect against fraud. Where applicable, processing relies on consent, providing a requested service, legitimate interests such as support and security, or legal obligations. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Google and Unity handle data through their services as described in their policies. Support correspondence is handled by the developer's email provider. We do not operate a separate data brokerage or sell your support messages. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. Providers may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards.
Retention, deletion and your rights
Local progress remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the game, subject to any device backup and restore settings. Clearing storage can permanently remove your progress and consumable items. Purchase records and provider-held data follow the relevant provider's retention rules.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the request, meet legal obligations or address disputes. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by the developer, email Artemch906@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request. For information held independently by Google or Unity, their policies explain additional controls and request channels.
Children and safety
The game does not ask players to provide their name, date of birth, address, contacts, camera images, microphone recordings or precise GPS location. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the developer, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Advertising and store services have their own data practices described above.
This page and policy updates
This policy page has no advertising, analytics scripts, account registration or contact form. Hosting services process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the page. Email links open your email application.
We update this page when the game's data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required; any additional consent required for a new use will be requested.
